lol I don’t have a garage. Nowhere else to put it.

In the winter I’ll put it on the patio off our alley, but it’s hard to get to and of course makes the patio hard to use, so I try not to do that in the summer.

The Jetta with a manual. For the Win!

That’s pretty amazing considering DC traffic.

kudos to your daughter.

Wow I thought me plus sizing up one from 245/265 to 255/275 was nice for my car but 265 to 295 is a meaningful increase. Is 235 the biggest the non S can handle up front?

Btw I did some research and found that a 285 is possible on the rear of my car without rubbing and what I might try next. 255 is the max I am willing to do up front. With the tune I have on my car I need as much rubber out back as possible.

The 235 up front is across-the-board for all 997s, from base to Turbo S.

I could have done 305 on the rear without any issues, but the speedometer would be off and I was not game for that. Maybe later on down the line?

285 on the back of your F87 would be nice!

You can go wider on the front, I think; pretty sure my 987 was/is running 245s without issue.

Anyway, new plates came. Needed to get rid of the “Virginia is For Lovers” plates. These might be cringe but I couldn’t resist.

Very few people will understand the reference or even know it’s a personalized plate - so not cringey

9A2 is the engine code (actually 9A2 evo but that was too obvious). S GO is the prefix Porsche often uses on its press/photo cars so a lot of the launch pics of new Porsches have that on the plate.
