Wow, that blows away the $200k-$300k some people have paid for spots in Boston.

If I had stupid money, and lived or commuted to NYC, after getting this parking spot I think I would have to buy a Yugo or Smart to park there once in a while.
Just to poke fun at the MB's, Ferrari's, and Lambo's I would be parked next to!!
