It made me go through the whole process before telling me it was full. I guess wasting your customers’ time and pissing them off is a small price to pay for harvesting their contact info.
The funny thing is they have my contact info from the last time I tried to drive an M2 and they wouldn’t let me because it “might rain.” Ugh BMW is so unpleasant. |

The screen (for me) came up right away telling me the time slots for the car I wanted were either full or had a waitlist on top of that....
It was the drop down field when you go to select the time for your drive....
