It made me go through the whole process before telling me it was full. I guess wasting your customers’ time and pissing them off is a small price to pay for harvesting their contact info.

The funny thing is they have my contact info from the last time I tried to drive an M2 and they wouldn’t let me because it “might rain.”

Ugh BMW is so unpleasant.

The screen (for me) came up right away telling me the time slots for the car I wanted were either full or had a waitlist on top of that....
It was the drop down field when you go to select the time for your drive....
