I think the correct phrase is 92% of Camry drivers are destroying the world.

We can have some fun with filling in the blocked letters / words in the 28% sentence. Fill in the underlined section:

"28% of Camry drivers have mo______ their Camry."

My guess is that the missing letters are "VED"...
