I guess way more people than I thought must have gotten rich gambling on crpto.

Really neat build, though the price is just bonkers.

Price is bonkers, but the build did fix the biggest problem the DeLorean had . . .lack of power (like Marty Mcfly could really get a stock one to go 88 mph )

If I'd spent a couple minutes looking before posting that, well, oh well

I remember a Grassroots Motorsports magazine article from ... early 2000's, probably, comparing all of the various M cars (up through the E46 M3) and they were not kind to the E24 M6.

Of course they had no idea of the crap BMW would slap the ///M label onto in the coming years...

I think this highlights BAT distortions that make it a pretty poor proxy for "the market." It's a very niche vehicle and there are not many like it. If you're looking for a decent sized wagon with a stick and a bit of power, how many new or used choices do you have?

Looks like two dudes really, really, really wanted it.

It’s a rare car, to be sure. And this one has all the good options, which is even rarer; this spec is really a unicorn.

And yeah BaT brings the 10 people nationwide who want this car together.

But just for perspective, I paid *substantially* less than this for mine, which had most of the good options. In 2011. When it was 3 years old and had 25,000 miles on it. And it was CPO.
