Best and Best Budget Scratch Remover

What is the consensus with you guys?

My wife's car has a handful of minor scratches that are bugging me, and I'd like to take care of them as best I can by hand... the cheap route. I saw a few compounds on amazon that had good reviews for ~20 bucks?

What is the detailing forum that evryone uses now? I remember visiting one a long time ago but forgot and am not sure what it is called.

Note the two different Dallas Paint Correction things. His Youtube channel has a ton of great "how tos" and product reviews. He recently started selling his own products. I haven't bought/used any yet, but they look good. His videos aren't quite the same as they were and he can be a little difficult to watch, but the info is really good.
