As far as the cost, well, yeah, cars are expensive nowadays. Also, note that a loaded G30 M550i could reach $90k in MY2023. That green car with the Individual paint, even in 2021 must have been around $80k.

I don't need the car and winter is around the corner so at this point, unless the perfect car, the perfect deal, or a unicorn shows up, I'm better off in vulture mode through the winter. Let the next gen come in and have them discount the G30's.
I definitely agree to wait it out for the right car … my msrp in 2021 was around $86k but I did a 2 year lease and the payment was pretty high being it was such a short term lease so it brought down the residual quite a bit.

I never thought at the time of buying it out but leasing sucks nowadays and this car is so freaking good I had to buy it.

I will say I wear jeans all the time and there is no blue on my seats.

Honestly I have no desire to own an M550 but that color is so good that I’m tempted

I can’t imagine FC wanting one either, I’m a bit softer than you guys and like the luxury/sport feel but you guys are really into cars with more feedback for everyday driving.

I'd love to have one of these (no room), and really love that green!

just think how much better that car would be as a wagon. Almost brings a tear to my eye how close to a perfect car that would be.

Agreed… though any version of the N63 turns me off.

I just emailed about the green M550i and it's still available and they will send service/repair history. We'll see. It's not CPO tough. Pricey for not being CPO, but that could be part of the negotiation.

Yep. And, as we have learned, BMW CPO may not be worth it versus something else aftermarket. Definitely a negotiation opportunity.

Definitely as I have recently been informed that BMW CPO is not what it once was.
