got an email response today. Says they sent me an email in October saying I should receive the check in 2 weeks.

I didn't get either

Unless I just somehow missed both

You might miss one, but the odds on missing both are pretty slim. Any remediation available to you to have another check issued?

Turns out I did get the email

So I’m guessing the check got tossed with the junk mail. They said they would contact BMWNA to stop payment on the original and send me a new one in 6-8 weeks

That's a good outcome then. I have the same bad habit of trashing junk mail before sifting through it, although I don't think any of them legitimately offered me a return in that amount.

No real issues. Got the wireless charger/digital key recall done last month.

Twice in the last month I've gotten a TPMS malfunction warning (pressures are totally fine) but that's about it. Still love driving it

Excellent! It’s the perfect little city car.

Agreed, but the G42/G87 is far from little. Larger than my E39.

Yep! But I now drive a 4 series that’s bigger than previous 5 series, too! (It’s as big as I can stand, frankly.)

Think you got the best iteration of the 2 series.
