Dial 928

Wait, that doesn't really work.

I'm not sure how the rabbit hole that is YouTube landed me on a video of a 928, but Doug Demuro has to be one of the most annoying people on the planet.

The car is kind of cool, though, automatic? Ugh.

He's a weirdo but I think his videos are quite entertaining. His review style is unique and he seems to have a lot of fun filming them.

The rear sun visor hitting him in the face.

yeah he is goofy but his videos are watchable

Those rear seats look almost smaller then my turbo, width wise at least.

Growing up, a neighbor had a surprise party and one of the guests hid their 928 in our garage.

My sister had a Black 928S with a manual back in the 90's ... the only thing I remember about that car other than how beautiful it was was that it was also in the shop A LOT !!

I was pretty close to buying one a few years ago, and went to Sharks in the Mountans. Most people said they loved their car, wouldn't trade / sell, etc. But in the evenings at the social hangout, I got a lot of "Psssttt - wanna buy a 928?" whispers from people. Most said that they'd sell the running car, a mostly-working rolling chassis, and a parts car (or boxes of parted-out car) as a package.

Jeremy Clarkson has described the 928 as having "a Biblical level of unreliability". Skip to 1:25 in this video.

It wasn't until many years later that we learned why he likes the 928 despite that.
