The parking lot here is one of the most boring I've ever seen - even for a gov't contractor.

Have I mentioned how much I hate Columbia? It's like a little slice of the Midwest right here between DC and Baltimore.

Remember:

Camrys will generally go under the speed limit.

They will, on occasions where it is completely inappropriate, speed. Such conditions include (in my experience) parking lots and poor weather.

I was following one this morning that was blasting down the left lane of the ICC at 85 mph - even though there was no traffic in the other lanes. I followed at a good distance and off in the right lane. But he ended up very lucky as this was one of the rare mornings without speed enforcement every few miles.
