Has anyone changed over to their winter tires warm winter

Just curious I keep putting off changing the summer wheels on the 911 to the winter wheels ... it’s already January and the winter has been really mild ... to change them now when in 3 months I’ll be changing right back seems like I’m wasting time. I think I can get through this winter without the change.

Has anyone changed over to their winter set up besides FC who I know changed them out already ?
