There are good and bad oranges. That orange is a rotten one.
I saw it in person, washed out like SALMON. Last edited by equ; 09-27-2021 at 11:42 AM. |

The Bose system in the 991 is the single worst car stereo system I've ever come across. There are a ton of threads on Rennlist about how shrill the tweeters are.
I've upgraded my tweeters to something that was softer/less harsh and it made a nice improvement. I've heard the Burmeister is more pleasant, but I would not pay for a Porsche Bose system. Perhaps its better in the Boxster/Cayman vs the 911.

Like some here I'd take mine in Boxster GTS form specced like this: http://www.porsche-code.com/PNHSGVQ3 I also kind of like that w/ Boxster/Cayman you can kind of fly under the radar...most people wouldn't guess that they are 100k cars. I admit that i have soft spot for the 911 shape, and backseats (but of course those aren't even available in any GT3). |

Nice specs, everyone. I'm torn between carmine red with black top and interior vs. some sort of silver (I know I know) but with a more interesting interior.
JV - the yellow with black interior is really awesome |

Probably the only color I don’t like is that chalk color because it seems trendy at the moment

Carmine does nothing for me. Probably totally unrelated, my mom drove a Volvo 240 for years that was essentially that same color.
