I love Lava Orange, but I also love flying under the radar with an expensive car. Particularly in ATL where gas station crime is rampant. I try to gas up at Costco for safety as well as for the best price…

I do think it’s worth springing $650 for the one-step up colors.

Carmine in person is very nice. A deep red rather than the orangey red of Guards. But, Guards does seem like a classic. Definitely eye-catching, whether you want it to be or not.

I just posted this in the 911 thread when talking about the Bose in the 997, I have the Bose in the Cayman and think it is very good overall though I never heard the base or Burmenster. Not up to the level of the BMW Harman Kardon but still more than enough for a sports car.
