I saw an undisguised X7 on the PA turnpike Sunday. It caught my eye because it first looked like a looong X5, but the back end of the roof sloped down. It had the Z series chrome teeth in the front and was badged w/ jersey plates. By the time I processed what it was, it was exiting and I was by it.

Sweet! Interesting on the sloped roof. Have we seen any spy pics yet?

Soon, the company that used to employ the slogan "the ultimate driving machine", will have seven utes in the X line, one for every number from the X1 to the X7.

Time, they are a changin'

Honestly, I expect the lack of camo was to help it blend in. It was just another big white SUV in a sea of SUVS on the turnpike. If I wasn't such a BMW fanboi, it wouldn't have looked "off" and I wouldn't have glanced twice.

I'm not sure if "sloped" is the right word or "drooped" the high point of the roof was just behind where I assume the rear backrest would be and tapered down towards the back. I think both the XC90 andG class are better looking
