Had to drive the Miata out to a job site on Friday. It drove about 2 miles off pavement on some gravel county roads and then down the 1200 ft access road to the job site.

Perhaps its obvious but the Forester I drove on the same route earlier in the week handled it much better. Smoother at least. No issues with ground clearance, in any case.
