2024 Porsche Cayenne Facelift Revealed

I’m actually still on a waiting list for one… almost forgot. I swear they’re harder to get than manual 911s! Has slightly more cargo room than its q8 sibling too. One stupid thing about all those MLB based Audis is the lack of interior storage. The center console cubby is tiny on all of them!

I think the time of a stigma associated with wagons has long since passed. There’s lots of other reasons why automakers prefer to build, market and sell SUVs over wagons…so it becomes a self fulfilling prophecy. Atleast at the high end of the market, the RS6 wagon seems to be selling better than expected with very high resale values. That might be my dream daily driver right now.

I'll let you know how the S68 is when we get our new X7 in Octoberish. Can't believe the lease on the 2021 is already almost up.

My brother recently traded-in his early ‘21 X7 M50i with less than 10k miles. He has or had a June production slot for a ‘24 X7 M60i, but he put in a request for individual paint yesterday and was informed that it would add 8-12 weeks to production if his color is approved by BMW NA.

Yikes - hope they approve it for him. We're going carbon black (4th time in a row) or MAYBE tanzanite. I should probably start talks with Herb. Ugh.

The color is on the internal list so they should.

Yeah it’s crazy how little BMW charges for their special paint compared to Porsche. If I were ordering a new BMW you bet your ass it would be Daytona Violet.

San Marino blue is beautiful.

My favorite “standard “ BMW color is Tanzanite. It’s dark enough to hide some of the less attractive bits of newer BMWs but still pops with the right lighting.
