I find the biggest pain in the ass is servicing them, with 7 cars here i’m responsible for getting service done 6 of them (fortunately my son takes care of going to the dealer with his) and I always feel like i’m making appointments for service … so frustrating.

Meanwhile I am super surprised you still had the E39 as well.

Totally agreed. Even two cars was annoying to me. Although it was always nice to have a decent car to drive while one was in the shop—instead of some random loaner.

The buyer of our M3 sent me this pic today, mentioning he was carrying on our tradition of loading the kids in the back.

That’s great! And if that minivan is his only other car, he must be totally psyched for the M3.

One down, two to go

He sold his F80 M340i 6-spd to buy our M3. So he wasn’t bored before. And he dailies a Corolla. But he said he always thought of the E46 M3 as his “grail” car.

That is fantastic! The one downside to Joshnando Boxster is the lack of back seats.
