I confirmed my specs via an email from Rivian on June 4th. Had my intro call with my assigned Rivian Guide on June 6th which she confirmed my specs again. The updated delivery window email went out on June 11th. Everyone that is a pre-holder received an updated delivery window and apparently even those that had recently taken delivery or were taking delivery that coming week. Opps… I spoke with my Guide on June 13th and was essentially informed that I was unaffected. I received the eight step purchasing email from Rivian as well as a text from my Guide yesterday, June 21st. As of 4:15 this afternoon I received a text that the truck had arrived at the Atlanta Service Center and it was waiting to be PDI’ed and they would like to tentatively set up a delivery date while I complete the final purchase steps, aka pay them.
