From last night.....

That is about 60k with me, 80k before.

Still has not let me down... Including a ton of commuting.
I am surprised the clutch is still in good shape. The car looks great from a distance, but up close - you can tell she has a few miles. But - that is why I bought it. IT was a higher mileage example then and I knew I'd put more on. I figure I would have had at least 150k on it by now if we hadn't been in COVID for the past year.

Had a blast driving it last night when I had to get from point A to B. I took the long way.

Every now and then I just have to pause and reflect on how much this color rules.

I had also forgotten about your 997. I really like Porsche clusters from that era. Such a leap past the 996 along with exterior looks, seats, finishing etc. Funny, I just remembered when the 997 and 997S were first announced I had been a 996 owner for all of four months. Even young, silly me saw the writing on the wall and decided to bail. I chalked it up as a porsche summer (2004), got out for what I paid for it and waited out a couple of years until 2006 before I allowed myself to shop for a porsche again.

Congrats on putting so many miles on it...

Thanks - it is a fun car to kick around in.
And.. I jinxed myself with the 'never let me down' comment as when I went to do the oil change a few days after the pic, the fill hose split. LOL

That looks great. What’s the actual color name?
