JST, I was going to PM you but your mailbox is full. If you don't get the info from EQU, I am logged into PCA and can touch base with the guy. Let me know if you want me to send him a note. I don't think it shows his email address:

I would strongly advise against buying pre-owned suspension.

You have some minor browser/cookie/what-not setting, or perhaps something else preventing you. When I launch the classifieds in a new tab, it launches not logged in. Then I hit 'login' again on that tab. Then search for Ohlins. Definitely a strange update to the Mart.
His contact info is not visible beyond what Josh posted. I'm happy to contact him on your behalf and pass on your information if you cannot open the communications box on the ad. |

Knowing that while Josh can find the time to have a fun DIY day, he's generally not a person with a huge amount of free time, I'm going to stick to the buy-it-new from a trusted source position.
The seller of an NIB kit is NOT going to sell it for the 50-60% cost that makes it worth taking the risk.

This is a very good point. I know motorcycle shocks (even Ohlins) need rebuilds regularly, but those are comparatively less of a deal due to ease of removal. There are many good competitors to Ohlins in the M/C world: Hyperpro, Nitron, k-tech, others. I'm sure there are many in cars as I don't follow at all.

OK, found them new locally for $2700. They're on the way.
