yeah definitely something wrong. Maybe it was popped(edit unlatched) and not closed tight but seems like he would of known that before taking pics.

BTW, I hate the frunk locking mechanism(996 at least). You have to put so much force to close it makes it feel like I am going to break something, So I have been avoiding using it

Nice 6spd example.

yeah I like those too but I would want a red one since Ferrari. Yellow would work too.

Yeah, it'll be harder to sell later--but at least you're pricing the hit into the purchase price, which is better than what would happen if you bought a pristine one and pranged it.

This might be a good deal, but with the bidding up to 38K and a week still to go, maybe not.
So for 10 years someone was driving this car and never thought about aligning the hood properly? Maybe it's just the pics, but it looks way out of whack to me.

Yes to your points, and maybe I should have added to my comment that I didn't look at BAT comments, but I bet the carfax will be heavily discussed on BAT. Got to love someone who takes pictures of their awesome car with a storage lot backround!

I knew it looked off.

Good thing I don't like these in red.

This seems like a pretty good deal for the money and mileage.

Are these maintenance money pits like the E39?

Does this engine have the same issue as the lower level Audi V8 w/ timing chain tensioners wearing out and timing chains slipping? You know, the timing chain that is up against the firewall and needs the engine pulled out to fix?
