I forgot to mention this, but I say a Nissan Figaro in Phoenix about a month ago.

This was a retro-designed kei car only sold in Japan in the early 90s. I hadn't seen one since I worked in Tokyo over a decade ago...

Didn't get a pic, but here's one:

That Nissan is awesome.

I saw my first mini coupe thing today. Totally silly. Looked like someone smashed in the roof.

I see more than I thought I would. Its the automotive equivalent of wearing a baseball cap backwards (look at a pic of one and you'll see what I'm talking about).

've also seen a few of the Speedster soft top version (which makes a bit more sense to me)...

I saw a minivan tonight with the same thing on the roof, except it was turned 90 deg from how it's mounted on that Accord. And there were just 3 candles illuminated.

I can't believe that there are more than one of these on the road.

It's apparently a thing. My internet sleuthing turned up a whole bunch of reports about people having car menorah parades in various places.

www.carmenorah.com (of course) sells the kind that you are talking about, in case you want to buy some for your car(s).
