... is a bitch! clay is hard as a rock (and won't soften) towels don't dry.

It's almost that cold down south here too. It dries your hands out, then they go numb when washing the car. We have had ice on the cars for the last three mornings in a row! This is unusual for Southern California.

I wimped out and only cleaned the interior and the wheels.

Ah but when I washed the car and dried it the drying cloth was grabbing on the surface like running it over sandpaper. I got it up to clay before it just got too damn cold to go further.

It's nice and smooth now and I was shocked at how much crap I got out of the paint, this is the most dirt I've ever had in clay.

Polish tomorrow and wax or maybe wax the next day.
