Seat covers can do wonders.

These cars are so freaking expensive. Here's my latest fantasy GTS configuration. Almost $150K. Ugh.

http://www.porsche.com/microsite/por...px?c=/PJNQBZV4

Spec-ing up a regular Carrera S to something similar (w/ power kit, etc.) is even more expensive.

I'd probably skip the Burmeister in real life. Maybe. If I was actually going to be spending that much already, though, I can't imagine how pissed I'd be if the stereo sucked wind, so it might be almost "worth it" as an insurance policy.

Then again I got the upgraded system in the 1M, and the longer I live with it the more I realize it kind of sucks, despite a bunch of "features." It took awhile for me to dislike it though. Would I be more pissed at having a shitty stereo, or spending $5K on a slightly less shitty stereo?

I like this atlas gray C4S on Rennlist. Miles are really low which isn't that important to me (i.e., I don't want to pay extra for that).

The AWD 911s just don't do much for me. Are you really going to drive it in the winter?

I didn't even know the GTS was out already in the .2 $150k is quite an expensive build, I played around with the Configurator and was in the low $130k range for a Carrera S. Not sure I'd go with the GTS, the Carrera S is more than enough for me and from what I read the .2 blows away my current .1

It has non-leather seats. Interesting. Hadn't seen that on an "S" before.

Seems like the new non-s carrera is enough. Probably easy to turn up the boost to match the S.
