Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

I wonder how the E36 M motor feels with the supercharger. Might more bullet proof then the exploding E46 motor and just as fun.

With the right supercharger? Pretty cool. With that supercharger? Meh.

Wonder what Nick, our resident engine transplant specialist, thinks of this?

Other than the lowering, this seems perfect

At the right price, that looks like it would be a nice commuter/errand car. I'd also want to see Nick's comments, but the transmission choice seems like it might be a weak point, but maybe not since the S52 isn't a stump puller or high rev rocket.

The S52 with an M50 / S50 intake manifold (like on that wagon) is a really, really sweet engine. It's all the good parts of the S50 with the extra displacement of the S52. It's interesting that they used the cast-iron S50 exhaust manifolds, which are much heavier and (supposedly) don't flow as well as the tubular S52 ones. Maybe that's what they mean by "converted to OBD1?"

I would have no issue with the 320Z transmission in this car.

I don't really like E34s, and I don't really like wagons, but that is kind of cool and I kind of want it.
