MINI Track Day at TWS, 1/4/2004

Hi, Faron Smith, my MA at The MINI Center in San Antonio, is organizing a MINI-only track day at TWS, here's the info:

Date: 1/4/2004
Time: 08:30-17:30
Cost: $175 (originally $300, but he just got sponsored by his GM and Rusty reduced the rent)

There will be instructors and a 1 hour classroom session. There will only be around 20 cars so u will get TONS of track time!

email him at minifaron@yahoo.com for more info. Only MINIs can participate, my girlfriend will be out of town so I will only be working corners there... Don't wanna drive her car at the track when she isn't here...

If it was open to non-minis, I would go.

I would run too if he allowed non-MINIs to run...

I'll work some corners and maybe he'll let me drive my bimmer at the parade lap...

I'm there this weekend for the MSC event! WOHO!

dude, bono, u've got to go to this if you're in town... I *JUST* got back from TWS and it was so much fun...

btw, the MSC events are the best man, so much track time. They do 5 sessions per day for everyone, and since it's like thanksgiving weekend, there were less than 50 ppl total... and a few ppl took off early today and at my last run I couldn't see ANY cars on the track for a good number of laps, until I caught up with a Boxster S...
