Dammit. Curbed a wheel. Advice on repair?

Trying to make a quick U-turn, I misjudged the distance available and did a pretty good number on one of my wheels.

Any advice on places to fix curb rash in DC/MD/VA?

Fortunately I don't have those impossible to fix M3 wheels anymore, though somehow I managed to own that car for 2 years without ever even brushing the wheels on a curb.

Ye Olde Wheel Shop, 6363 Washington Blvd., Elkridge, MD 21075, (800) 526-8260, (410) 796-8400

Can be hit or miss from what I understand, but I mostly hear good things.

Did TD take a wheel or two there recently (maybe not that recently)?

Not so recently.

But I have heard only good things about them as well. And they did a pretty good job on the wheel they fixed for the Saab. But it's damn near impossible to make a polished forged rim look 100% after a repair.

I imagine they could make a regular silver painted alloy look absolutely perfect.

It's a lease. I'll pay for it eventually, one way or the other.

I will live with it until I put snows on the car, though.
