Mostly agree with his conclusions. The DI engine (9A1?) is worth the money to me compared to the M96x engines.

I think the first gen PDKs are something I’d avoid like the plague in medieval Europe though.

I am surprised he didn’t mention that hydraulic steering was still kept versus the 991s? Because that matters.

While he did explain the longer wheelbase of the 991, but what he selectively missed is that Porsche was slightly hamstrung with the 997 because they were always going to use the 996 chassis. So they could not go as wide as they wanted.

Agreed. BTW, when I clicked on that video, Youtube suggested a related video from a year ago. I'd already watched it, but the price mentioned in the title certainly dates it (50k for a 997.2!!)
