Definitely do a thread on this journey...

Mike reports that his local costco has zero line for gas today. (And actually has fuel.) Hopefully everyone has a full tank now.

I don't think I've ever seen a Costco without a line for fuel.

I was chatting last night with a friend that's a tech at a Potomac gas station shop (and does MD state inspections on a lot of exotics). As of yesterday, they were getting 2,000 gallon deliveries at a time and were selling out in "a few hours." He said a significant portion of people were topping off tanks that were already more than 50% full and some were customers he hadn't seen in months that came by multiple times to fill up multiple cars.

I'm curious to know as well because I've heard both good AND bad things about solar panels....

The math doesn't work out for solar panels in most of the country but for where you live it might. Just don't put them on your roof.
