I’m ok with that on cars that I plan to keep “forever.” Did that on the GTI for example. But the M5 is pretty well spec’ed and it may annoy prospective buyers in the future.

Well, I finally have plates. I get the stuff for the front license plate on Wednesday and then I can have it inspected. I'll probably fail for tint. We'll see. I have 7 days to have it inspected.
