Saw something unusual yesterday afternoon.

We were driving by front of the Mayo Clinic Hospital in Phoenix and noticed a police car pulled ahead parked with lights flashing. In front of it was a red C-class Mercedes. The passenger space was all burned out, roof black, windows down and windshield gone. The hood and trunk appeared to be fine, and the hazard blinkers were still blinking. The police officer was walking around taking notes.

Wonder what happened? There was no tow truck or fire truck there, and just the one police officer...

It doesn't anymore... Next-gen Murano is 4-door and hardtop only...

FWIW, I see them around here once a month or so. Someone probably got a good deal.

Impossible. They got a Murano.

I've seen three or four of them. Ever. That's four or five too many.

True.

A neighbor friend had one. He started hating it when he got stuck in the snow. In his driveway. My dad had one. I hated it the moment I got behind the wheel.

We test drove one once back in '06 or '09 and could not believe how bad it was. The only car we tested that drove worse was a Toyota Venza...
