My guess is that's a paint-to-sample car. It's pretty bad; hope the owner never plans to sell.

What, the owner had it matched to his 1950's in-ground swimming pool?

Saw this on the way to work the other morning.

An early 70s Cadillac Eldorado cum El Camino conversion. Actually looked like it was decently done...

Not my cup of tea, but it does look well done.

Hopefully that matches his 1950's swimming pool and not his 1950's bathroom.

Reminds me of many of the apartments I saw when I moved up to Boston last year. I used to try and guess before I walked in if the bathroom would be teal, aqua, or pink.

Looks like it extends up at speed.

Nice touch keeping the rear side windows -- even though they are now outside on both sides...

Not my cup of tea either. Although my dad had two types of cars that he had multiple versions of:
- Porsches -- he had a '56 Speedster, a '62 Roadster, and an '89 Speedster
- El Caminos -- he had at least two when in the early 70s (one he crashed after falling asleep at the wheel). Then he had one of the last 80s-era El Camino SS's in the early 90s...

I understand the P-car obsession, but never got the El Camino one...
