Excellent Technical Article (long)

Simple guides on how to mod a car are common, but it's not so common that someone goes into exacting detail on what you absolutely cannot do to a car, and why.

Ran across this while browsing autoblog. Apparently Mitsubishi has done what they could to make the 6G72 (3rd Gen Eclipse V6) almost 100% incompatible with an aftermarket turbo.

The level of discourse in that thread is roughly the same as my last few classes, though they don't explain theory and terminology (ie vacuum, EGR, MAS, STFT/LTFT, etc) presumably because someone who would want to read that already has a solid grasp of the material. Overall, a great write-up.
