Every time I see this thread, I think it's a restaurant review. It's my daughter's favorite place to eat out - she likes the bread.

My first thought was that Clyde wanted thoughts on doing a vacation in Australia...

Not having any strollers makes a difference. We still have a 16 cu ft Yakima box and were going to use it if we needed more room, which reminds me of a point that may be worth mentioning. The Outback has crossbars that hideaway into the rails when you don't need to use them...which is kind of cool.
The one problem I had with the last gen Outback was the light-touch throttle. I could never find a comfortable position for my right foot without the throttle being depressed.

My wife liked this feature.

It was a good car, it had a nice driving position, small steering wheel and good steering feel. It had a rear suspension that was the cause of much griping on the subaruoutback.org forums - it was quite bouncy and floaty unloaded. Fill up the back, and it was fine.

LOL! Now that you guys have said it, I don't think I'll be able to unsee it myself.

And Rob, the bread at Outback is highly regarded by my kids, too.

The bread at Outback reminds me of the bread my dad's seafood restaurant used to serve. I'm pretty sure he got it from a German bakery that's still around here in Phoenix. I might have to stop by and see if they sell loaves...
