Well I imagine the PDK cars are more commonly sought after. The manuals are more rare but I think most people want PDK.

In my experience, the PDK cars were not as expensive on the resale market as the manuals, presumably because the manuals were rarer.

Okay, that could be.

I've been doing a quick cars.com/autotrader/eBay search every couple weeks for about a year and a half now and have noticed that 6-speed manual, 2009+, 3.4L Boxsters almost never come up for sale in anything other than grey, black or red... none of which I want. There's a speed yellow '11 up on one of those sites right now but it's $46k. Way above my budget.

Sort of like a non-sunroof E46 M3. Fewer people want them, but those who do really do.

Or an E36 M3 with cloth seats and no sunroof. If you can even find one.
