No wonder Boxster supply is low

Don't ask how I ran into this, but the Boxster is 2nd on the list of longest average ownership at just about 10 years.

Coming up on 10 years here, so that checks out.

I would have expected the 4Runner to be higher on the list.

Interesting. Probably as rarely driven second fun cars though.

But wait no E39 M5’s? I am on 11.5 years. JK

I think the Boxster is now the vehicle that I've owned for the longest stretch of time. I think it's five years now?

Funny. My Boxster was the shortest vehicle ownership at ~1.5 years.

My longest is the ZHP at 6+. The LR4 will take the crown this December.

Yup. It's a late 2013MY - last year of the V8. Built in late July and we took delivery on my son's birthday in late September. I'm at 5 years and 11 months of ownership now.

I had my Boxster for 2.75 years. I loved it, but it was just too small to be my primary car. Maybe when our daughter is off to college I can get another...

I had the CTS before the Boxster for a couple weeks past 2 years. That car was a mistake. I loved the styling, hated the driver’s seat and fat pig mass.

The longest I’ve had any car was the Model S at just over 5.25 years. I also put ~50k more miles than on any prior car...
