In fairness, it also fixes one of my biggest practical gripes about the Model 3, which is that it doesn't have a hatch. The cargo space on the Model 3 is actually pretty generous, but getting odd size items in and out would be a lot easier with a hatch.

Plus, you can get a factory installed hitch (not, cheaply, of course.)
