In another thread, someone mentioned that Ariel has established a factory in Oregon and are going to sell cars in the US. I'd like one, but can't imagine spending that kind of money for a 4 wheel motorcycle.

The Alfa kicks ass, and may well come to the US at some point.

I like the idea of the Focus ST, but am not so impressed with the Volvo 5 cylinder as a performance mill.

I'd buy a Falcon GT later today if I could. Actually, if they sold it here, my chair would be spinning as I rushed to the dealer.

The Defender is cool, but not that cool.

The Evo they already do sell here is fine; who wants a car from a company that might be out of business next week, anyway?

Yeah, OK, Pagani, but since I can't buy one it doesn't matter. I suspect that the customers for these cars have sufficient resources to have them imported as show cars.

The TVR is cool, too, but I suspect I would end up feeling about that car the way I do about the Atom. Great in theory, but wouldn't move my wallet.

Ever since I saw that Top Gear piece on the Atom, I've had a burning desire to drive one.

I like that Focus ST quite a bit. I'd like it even more with the planned AWD 300-horse Cosworth that is apparently being developed.

Again, I have to agree with JST.

I'd definitely but the Falcon. If not tonight, no later than this weekend.

Ever since I read a review of it in Car and Driver a number of months back, it's been one of the few cars I've really wished we could get here.

I'm surprised that I've never seen one. And the Lotus website doesn't even mention the car in the main menus. Unless I missed it.
