That's the ZL1 1LE, which would be awesome, but ain't going to happen for me.

I've seen others complain about it, but not with the same intensity as you. Mostly sounds like something predictable and able to drive around once you know how it happens.

How many of them DD a BMW (with brakes that work right) for 15+ years?

Plus, gotta convince myself I don't want one somehow.

How one could want any new(ish) 911 over a ZL1 is beyond me.

That's because some poseurs desire status over performance.

I have lots of desire for a 911, and really no desire whatsoever for a Camaro.

I don't think that makes me a poseur, but if it does in someone else's eyes I don't really give a fuck.

Or they've already owned a couple of v8 Chevy sportscars and desire something different? Yeah crazy I know.

I kind of like the new iteration of the Stingray. But doubt that I'd ever buy one.

Didn't mean to step some some toes there, lol.

I guess if I had money to blow on these type of wheels, I'd look at value. To me, these top-of-the-line Camaros would give me that when compared to Porsches. They might not drive like the German supercars, nor command the status symbol of them, but IMHO, would provide me almost the same driving pleasure for a lot less.

Perhaps "poseur" was a rather harsh word.

But I get your points.
