Interesting! I wonder if it will still be free on Tiguans.

I have seen a very similar color to Shark Blue on a local Q5 and S4. I have photos on my iPhone somewhere.

Yes, Audi has a similar color but it’s not the same; it’s called Turbo Blue and has the LV5C/N6 paint code.

VWs Cornflower Blue is literally the same color as Shark Blue. Paint code D5C.

And sorry I meant the Taos, not the Tiguan.

Edit: PTS Gulf or Meissen Blue GT3. Do you happen to know which? Miami Blue on the Cayman in pic 2.

Edit 2: I just read another post from a different individual that Racing Yellow is going NLA too.

According to my dealer;
March 1st Shark Blue is NLA
March 15 Racing Yellow is NLA
But the Manufakturer Factory process is always still an option.

I get that bright colors aren't everyone's thing, but Porsche's factory colors have been really lacking for several years.

I think I preferred Speed Yellow to Racing Yellow but I've really grown fond of RY in the past 11 months of ownership.

They are freakin' sports cars. They need to offer a few loud colors.

The color code for Shark Blue on my build sheet from the dealer shows D7. Per PCA Rennbow there have been three color codes for SB. https://www.rennbow.org/porsche-colors/SharkBlue

Edit: Spotted this in a recent search.

I feel like this color was also on the Audi A3 hatchback years ago.

The two digit code I’ve seen referred to as the “aux code” or “order code.” It is D7 for shark blue. Mine said that on the build sheet, too. The “color code” is either LD5C or D5C.
