Looks like it was rear ended. Might just have been a rear bumper cover and possibly deck lid damage externally, with the interior bumperettes likely replace. If that's accounted for in it the price, it might not be a huge risk...

I'm seeing many more "certified" cars that have had some kind of damage on the CarFax report. Which makes you wonder what is sliding through that isn't on those reports.

And, while I get taking a chance on a good specimen if you're planning to keep it forever, if you want to turn around and sell it at some point, it would definitely bite you.

And in this case, it's two accidents...

Well, I never heard back on what else was done on the car and now it's not listed anymore (on their site or autotrader). So that's that.

Curious to see where it goes... More and more I think I'm going to list mine but I may wait for spring as it's a roadster and get a couple of small things taken care of in the meantime.

At some point I'll start a thread: "Time for a slow 981 sale".

I saw it. It's pretty good. But I suspect it will go for silly money, like over $50k and it's not even a desirable exterior color (but it's acceptable).

I don't think anyone. Theo got his M2. JST already has a boxster and FC is looking at a different price point, from what I can tell.
