Meh. Finding a house to put an offer on, agreeing to a contract price, plus all the milestone marks between those and closing and move-in are all "congrats" worthy events.

Man, I do like a manual 981S and recommend them. The scratches and only one key give me pause on this particular one. Maybe if it's cheap enough.

This is pretty great - high-spec 2008 C2S

It'll go for quite a bit I think.

It'll be interesting to see. Even lower mile 997.1s have struggled to break 50, but this car probably can do it. Mid 50s, maybe?

Too rich for my blood when you factor in cross-country shipping, plus I'm just not on the grey car train. But it looks really nice.
