I think the rear fender of the gen 1 is where the difference is, the 2nd gen is not quite as beautifully sculptured as the old one.

Still though the 2nd gen blows away the 1st in so many ways and the style is growing on me though I do agree the 1st gen does look better but it also looks more aged.
