Honestly the most unrealistic part of that is Euro Delivery.

But, yes, that would be cool.

I just went to the configurator and it's weird they don't offer a royal blue-ish color. But you should get Python anyway
I have it configured in white right now, but if I were were to pull the trigger, I might as well rip the band-aid and get something more interesting.

I do like the GTS interior with red stitching/belts/tach. And since the calipers are red, I'd need a color that doesn't clash. I wonder if that would work with yellow. I agree that a royal blue (even down to JST's blue) would be nice. There is also Miami blue but it seems a bit flat. I would prefer Gulf blue or whatever that is Porsche has used in the past.

My config is attached.

Red works with Adverturine green, I think.

Yeah, the colors are a little disappointing. I think I'd go with Gentian blue but not sure how that would look in person.

Do not like the black wheels or having to pay extra for non-black wheels.

My biggest annoyance is that this car may only be built for 1 or 2 years. Will the next gen even have a MT?

Exactly. It's very likely to be at least a hybrid. The moment electricity is introduced, the MT is gone.
