No kidding! Sadly I can only garage 4 of them. So the GTI will be the sacrificial lamb.

Pollen season has not started yet. It gets ugly around here May to June.

That said, cars at work are not garaged, so no real way to avoid it.

Did the summer swap on the M3 today. It looks so much better on Fuchs 19s.

Yeah, those are nice wheels. The winter wheels I got for the M5 are fairly similar, but not quite as cool.

Bummer. And, we are a chunk earlier than you folks. Full on Chia Pet season here now.

I think you all cursed yourselves. Nasty winterish weather coming to New England…

Even when I lived in DC/Maryland, I would hold off until mid-April before doing the swap. But, all bets are off with climate change.

Well, I did check the weather, so the GTI, LR4, and Mini are still on winter tires.

It was last weekend or late April for us because the summer tires and tools live at the CT house. We don't need to drive much this week so should be fine.

I’ve become one of those people I hated when I was younger.

While I do miss changing over to winter wheels as a rite of passage, I like not worrying about it even more.

*now, the thought of driving and exposing a car to all of the corrosive elements of winter makes me shiver. In my youth, i thought it was a badge of something to drive any car in the winter. Now I’m old, and I wish I could have told my young self to not do that.
