I think this may be about the right time. I keep thinking that and collector prices keep going higher... So I'm a very poor source for market direction. In terms of risk, though, so many asset risks are top heavy at this point. Yes, easy money will continue for some years, but that is not a guarantee that some asset bubbles (BTC, TSLA) stay inflated.

I was going through an external hard drive setting up my wife's new laptop. Found a scan of a black and white print of my very first road legal car.

Yeah, that was on the car when my father gave it to me. He used to go there often in the late 60's early 70's

I wish I had some close, color pictures of that car. My father bought it about a year before I got my licence. It was in excellent condition (until my step-sister's bike toppled off its kickstand and the hand brake lever put a small dent in the right rear quaterpanle) It had about 55K miles on the 6 cylinder/4 carb engine. It was dark green with a new convertible roof.

Thanks! first picture shows it how I bought it. second shot was shortly after I had the rear louvers painted to match the car. I later removed them to decrease the terrible noise the louvers made

Cool pics Doug, my friend had the Daytona Turbo Z and we loved that car, didn't know they had a Shelby model, my sister had a Shelby Charger back in the 80's.
