New BMW soft top 4 series convertible

I guess we have to hope the M4 convertible is better looking than this. It reminds me a bit of the Audi A5 convertible--that is to say, its homeliest aspects.

I'm not liking that the dual lamps are less and less BMW. I can forgive the rings going away in favor of the hexagon pattern, but they are becoming these stretched slivers that don't have much connection to the original quad lamps. That, in addition to the huge kidney grills, makes me sad.

There's nothing distinctly BMW about the new cars.

I remember thinking that a LONG time ago when I came up behind a car at night (as they were stopped at a stop light in a dark area). I thought at first that it was a nice color on that Toyota. Turned out to be a 3-series of some sort.... Took me a second to realize that...
