because of the omnipresent law enforcement all over my commute, i've never really been able to stretch the legs of my car and it's annoying.

i'd like a more efficient commuting vehicle that still had decent speed --which is why i'm skipping the hybrids and am waiting for the crop of diesels to come this way.
