I loved the new NSX, I thought it was incredible both on the street and on the track though the interior was not up to date and they overpriced it from day one, starting at $160k plus the dealers were loading them up to $200k, it was too much $$ for an Acura, it should have been priced in the $120k range.

Still $ 130k for the first gen is insane and the argument that it is because no one wants the second gen doesn't really make sense to me. What does one thing have to do with the other

I understood the price going up on the first gen when the second gen was coming out because it raised the whole nostalgia thing but being the sec gen is a failure I would think the first gen prices would come sliding down.

Keep in mind I loved the first gen, it was awesome. My dad had one back in 92 and I had one prior to the R8 ... it's just the price's are now crazy.
