Woodinville / Bothell / Mill Creek / South Everett.... then up to Everett and Marysville.....
Probably one of the nicest places anywhere to live. I was in South Everett (near Mill Creek) for 15 years before I moved north of Marysville to where I am now. The environment is 'small town' to rural. Traffic can be a PITA depending on where you want to go and when you need to get there. Crime? I'd say it's pretty quiet in that regard. The towns are (I'd guess) more likely to have problems that way - but - as I have never had a problem in the 23 years I've lived up here - I'm not a good judge of that... I am sure there are isolated problem areas in the (otherwise) good areas. I'd move back down there in a hearbeat if I could get what I have up here for what I'd' want to afford (but that won't happen - and that's why I'm 20 miles north)
